La pratique se fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement assise ou debout, les yeux ferm\u00e9s afin de pouvoir vraiment vous centrer sur vous, vos ressentis et vos \u00e9motions. Apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance, je vous demande vos ressentis afin de pouvoir \u00e9laborer des s\u00e9ances au plus proche de vous : nous travaillons ensemble vers votre bien-\u00eatre et votre apaisement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette premi\u00e8re pratique sera enregistr\u00e9e, et vous sera envoy\u00e9e afin que vous puissiez la refaire chez vous en me notant vos ressentis afin de voir l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des pratiques et o\u00f9 vous vous situez dans votre avanc\u00e9e, car c&rsquo;est la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition et l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement qui vous am\u00e8neront des changements notables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les suivantes suivantes durent une heure : nous discutons de vos entrainements, de vos ressentis et je vous explique la pratique suivante que nous faisons ensemble.
